Planning ahead is personal. We collect only what we need to help you do it, and we never sell your information.

What we collect

• Account details: your name, email, and anything you add under Your details.
• What you create: saved places, messages, listings, Marketplace items, Memory Keeper invitations, and Time Capsule contents.
• Billing records: card brand, last four digits, and billing address — never full card numbers.
• Feedback you choose to send us.

How we use it

To run your account, deliver messages, send the email alerts you've switched on, and improve the site. Time Capsule contents are private to you until they are opened for your Trustee.

Who sees it

Public listings and Marketplace items are visible to everyone. Messages are seen only by the people in the conversation. We use trusted service providers to host data and send email.

Advertising measurement

We use Google Ads to measure and improve our ads. When allowed, Google's tag records your visit to our pages and whether you created an account after clicking an ad, using cookies and similar technology. We don't send Google your name or email. Visitors in Europe, the UK, Switzerland and Quebec are asked first, and nothing is sent unless they accept. Learn how Google uses this information at business.safety.google/privacy.

Your choices

You can edit your details, turn off email alerts, and remove your listings anytime. You can change your cookie choice anytime with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page. To delete your account or ask a question, contact us.
