Welcome to The Resting Place. By using the site you agree to these terms. Please read them — they're written to be plain and fair.

Using the site

You must be at least 18 to create an account. Keep your sign-in details private and let us know if you think someone else has used your account.

Listings and Marketplace items

• Owners and managers are responsible for the accuracy of their Resting Place listings, plot availability, and prices.
• Sellers are responsible for what they list in the Marketplace, including having the right to sell it. Plot resales may require the Resting Place to approve a deed transfer.
• We may remove content that is misleading, unlawful, or disrespectful.

Messages, Memory Keepers and Time Capsules

Be kind in conversations. Time Capsule contents stay private until your chosen Trustee's request to open is granted under the 7-day process described on the Trustee page. You're responsible for choosing a Trustee you trust.

Our role

The Resting Place connects families with Resting Places and sellers. We are not a party to agreements between you and a Resting Place or seller, and the site is provided "as is".
